Naya Pierce 

Owner,Dance instructor 

Naya Pierce, has 19 years of experience in Dance. She began her dance career at the age of 6, and has studied Jazz, Hip Hop, African & even gymnastics. After participating in both dance and cheer teams throughout her High School years, she then continued her studies of hip hop and Modern style dancing at Lincoln University in York, Pennsylvania. There, She was introduced to Drill/ Majorette. It was on Lincoln’s “Orange Crush” Marching Band Dance Auxiliary , (“Krush Groove”) that she discovered a passion and love for Majorette Dancing.  She now is bringing the culture and flavor of HBCU Style dance to her community, in hopes of helping build confidence and student leadership in others.

Jayme Shipe

Owner,Cheerleading Coach

Jayme was a competitive cheerleader for 18 years. She competed at the youth, high school, All-star and Collegiate levels. She was also a participant in STUNT the Sport and was a registered official/referee for 2 seasons. Jayme was a DI collegiate cheerleader at Cal State Northridge for 4 years and served as Captain and president. After graduation she returned to the program as Assistant Coach 2 seasons. Jayme was a staff member for UCA (Universal Cheerleader’s Association) for 5 years; instructing summer camps, fall clinics. She continues to judge local UCA and CIF competitions.

Samone Rankins

Owner,Cheerleading Coach

Samone Rankins started her cheer career at the ages of 10. She got into cheer as a form of therapy to help her get over a tragic loss. She fell in love with it and has been cheering every since. She cheered on the Cal State Northridge Cheerleading Team and was both captain and president for three years. She recently competed in a National Worlds Cheerleading competition in 2018. She has had experience coaching all avenues of cheer, such as Recs and parks, college , high school, pop warner and all star. She has been coaching for 11 years and has been the head Co-Coach at Viewpoint School for 7 years . 


Fun Fact: My full time job is A Gender Equity Coordinator at Sunland Park teaching and creating affordable sports & performance classes for girls to help bridge the gap in female athletic participation.
